Good Friday Lunch

My friend in Trinidad has had quite the luncheon...

Homemade hot cross buns
Red snapper stuffed with cassava, pigeon peas, callaloo, ackee and saltfish.

Sensing a theme, yes FISH, SEAFOOD!
